AANN Candidate Materials

This area provides you with the information that you need to apply for a position on the Board of Directors and become a vital part of the AANN leadership, giving you the opportunity to help shape the future the organization and neuroscience nursing.

The AANN Nominating Committee is seeking candidates for a slate to be presented to the association's membership for a vote in October 2009. Individuals currently serving in an elected board position may not seek an additional position until the final year of their elected term. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure materials are complete upon submission. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

The candidate nomination period is now closed.

Candidate Positions

We welcome applications for the following positions for the 2009 slate:

• President-Elect—one position for a 3-year term: 1-year as President-Elect, 1-year as President, 1-year as Immediate Past President (2010-2013)
• Director-at-Large—two positions, each with a 3-year term (2010-2013)
