Hotels: The Grand Hyatt Seattle and the Hyatt Olive 8 have been selected as AANN's headquarters hotels. The hotels are located across the street from the Seattle Convention Center and offer many amenities. AANN has secured a limited number of rooms at a special discounted rate. To obtain the special rate, make your reservations early and be sure to mention that you will be attending the AANN Annual Educational Meeting. This special rate expires Wednesday, March 28th or when AANN's room block has been filled. After that time, higher rates may apply.

Airlines: Take advantage of a 5% discount on AA, American Eagle and AmericanConnections. It's simple! After you have selected your flight(s) under the "Enter Passenger Details" tab, go to the "AA.com Promotion Cod" field and enter in the Authorization Code 2912SS. Call 1.800.433.1790 to make your reservation over the phone.
United is offering special meeting discounts for attendees of the 44th Annual Educational Meeting. Simply call United Meeting Reservation Desk at 1.800.521.4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 550KO to receive a 5% discount off applicable fares. Discounts also apply to United codeshare flights operated by Continental Airlines, Continental Express, Lufthansa and All Nippon Airways.
Ground Transportation: Shuttle Express is extending a discount of 10% for transfers for the Hyatt Olive 8 and will discount the fare $5 each way on round trip reservations. For the Grand Hyatt Seattle, there is already a special rate in place of $12.50 each way on round trip reservations. Weather: Late in April, the temperature is an average high of around 60, with an average low around 45. While chance of precipitation is the highest in the winter months and drops significantly by the end of April, it is advisable to be prepared for a sudden cold, rainy day.
