Directions

    From SLC Airport Exit:

• Take the I-80 E ramp toward City Center/Ogden/Provo
• Merge onto I-80 E
• Stay straight to go onto I-15 S
• Take the UT-173/5300 S. Exit number 303
• Merge onto W 5300 S
• W 5300 S becomes Spartan Way
• Turn right onto S State St
• Turn left onto E 5900 S
• Turn left onto Fashion Blvd
• Turn left into the IHC Medical Plaza parking lot.
• TOSH (The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital) is the 1st building as you drive into the parking on the right
• As you enter the building the test center is to the right of the lobby. There will be signs directing you to the room.

Parking Instructions
Ample parking is available in the open lot immediately south of and adjacent to TOSH.
