The Agnes Marshall Walker Foundation (AMWF) supports its namesake’s belief that all nurses should have access to education and the opportunity for professional development. Donations raised will exclusively fund the AMWF grant program.

Travel Grant

The AMWF Travel Grant is awarded to AANN members to provide financial assistance to attend the 2015 AANN Annual Meeting.  The grant is valued at $750.00 which can be used for registration, special sessions, and/or travel and hotel expenses.  The total number of grant recipients will be determined by the AMWF Board of Directors.

ABNN Certification Grant

The ABNN Certification Grant is awarded to AANN members to provide financial assistance who have not yet obtained the Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) or Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) credential.  The total number of grant recipients will be determined by the AMWF Board of Directors.

CNRN Recertification Grant

The CNRN Recertification Grant is awarded to AANN members to provide financial assistance to those who are due to recertify their CNRN credential by December 31, 2014.  The total number of grant recipients will be determined by the AMWF Board of Directors.
