First Time Attendee Tips
Attending a national conference with hundreds of neuroscience nurses from around the country is an exciting experience offering a unique opportunity for growth, learning, and fun. Get the most from your conference visit.
- Register before the early-bird deadline of February 26, 2010, and save!
- Make your conference check in quick and easy by registering in advance. You'll avoid the registration line by having access to the pre-registered attendees' check in desk.
- Take some time to familiarize yourself with the hotel and convention center to save you time when moving between rooms.
- Wear your identification badge when inside the conference area. Your badge is your all-access pass to the events included in your conference registration fee.
- Conference staff can't take messages for or contact another attendee at the event. Use the Message Board located near the registration desk to connect with meeting attendees.
- Please bring a light sweater or jacket to your sessions as meeting room temperatures can vary.
- Visit the conference exhibitors to learn about their product offers and programs that may save you time or money.
- Take some time to enjoy the city of Baltimore with colleagues or new friends.
