Your Foundation: Please Give Until it Feels Right!
As your Foundation, the Neuroscience Nursing Foundation (NNF), moves forward into 2009, it is looking for ways to expand its ability to support the scholarships, research seed money, CNRN recertification, and AANN Annual Meeting travel grants that you and your colleagues in neuroscience nursing need.
"[R]eceiving an NNF travel grant sent a clear message to my employers about how important my membership in AANN is," says Lynette M. Peterson, RN, of Saint Joseph's Hospital, Saint Paul MN. Peterson was a 2007 travel grant recipient.
A recent note card campaign by the NNF Trustees may well have crossed your desk, thanking you for your past participation, giving, and receiving. To continue the work yet needed, NNF needs your direct funding support.
So, please give until it feels right!
